Order Processing Time
After your order is placed, we typically require two weeks to prepare and customize your kit before it ships. Each set is made to order, ensuring quality and attention to detail in every package.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer two shipping options:

Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery time 25–30 days

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time 15–18 days
Your order will be delivered directly to your door, but please note that installation service is not included.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — this helps us avoid delays or extra costs due to route changes.
Shipping rates may vary, but you’ll always see the final price before completing your purchase. We work with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.
Delivery times may vary due to weather or other unforeseen factors. If any delay occurs, we’ll keep you informed and do our best to ensure a smooth process.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email. For freight shipments, carriers often call ahead to schedule a delivery appointment, or may contact you while en route to coordinate the final steps.
If you’re not available when delivery arrives, simply reach out to the carrier to reschedule. However, if no prior arrangement is made, re-delivery or storage fees may apply.
Anyone present at your delivery address is considered authorized to receive the shipment. You may also designate someone else to accept it on your behalf.
Curbside Delivery
Curbside delivery means your order will be dropped off at your driveway or curbside. For safety and liability reasons, our carriers cannot enter your backyard or assist with installation.
Returns & Refunds
If your product is defective or unsatisfactory (but not damaged during shipping), please contact us within 30 days of delivery at gareth@poolsaunahaven.life.
Returned items must be unpacked, placed on a pallet, and shipped back. We may request photos or require the item to be returned before issuing a refund or replacement.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Once approved, we’ll issue a full or partial credit/refund (minus shipping, handling, and any applicable fees). Products not eligible for return will not qualify for credit or refund.
